The new AsiaXpress Online X-Ship has been redesigned based on your feedback to better meet your needs both in terms of performance and functionality. The new X-ship provides a clearer structure, simplified navigation and improved layout for ease of use.

While we trust that you will benefit from the new and improved Online X-Ship, you may still access the former version of the Online X-Ship via the following link [link].

However, please be informed that effective February 1, 2010, the older version of X-Ship will be migrating onto the new system. We hope this would give you enough time to familiarize yourself with the new Online X-Ship.

1. Air waybill printer Error ?



Step When encounter error printing air waybill (One time only)

1. Restart Printer (Off / On the printer)
2. Click create air waybill and generate (pdf)
3. Click file the print
4. Click Advanced button
5. Check (print as image)
6. Click ok
7. Print air waybill
